Why Reiki Practitioners are a lot like Auto Mechanics ..

Okay, so you have to admit, the title has you a little curious doesn’t it? <grin>

There are four fundamental steps in performing a Reiki treatment.  Before I list them it’s important to remember that your “client” isn’t always a person on a massage table for an hour. It often is your co-worker, friend, the person who pours your coffee, or even the line up at your local grocery store.

Also, the same fundamental principals I talk about can be applied to any endeavor from alternative medicine to … well…. auto mechanics….

Here’s the four fundamentals

  1. Create an environment
  2. Where your client can feel safe
  3. Act as a cataylst
  4. For them to heal themselves

So, why are Reiki Practitioners a lot like auto mechanics? All will be revealed when I get to the 4th step. <grin>
