Seven main Chakra overview

In this segment I give a short overview of our seven main chakras and their physical and non-physical (energetic) attributes. As a quick summary here is a list.

  • Seventh/Crown Chakra –  Connection to “Source” –  No physical aspects
  • Sixth/Brow Chakra – Awareness   –  Forehead, eyes, sinus, ears
  • Fifth/Throat Chakra – Communication, creativity, choice – Throat, shoulders, lower jaw
  • Fourth/Heart Chakra –  I AM – Heart, lungs
  • Third/Solar Plexus Chakra –  Interactions with others –  Digestion
  • Second/Sacral Chakra –  Relationship with our material, procreation –  Lower back, hips, elimination, sex organs
  • First/Root Chakra –  Survival –  Systems (nervous, skeleton, muscles, skin, lympatic)
